VERA MEDEROS, CPA, PARTNER

Vera graduated from Masaryk University in the Czech Republic with a Master’s degree in Business and Accounting. Vera joined Godecke Clark in 2006 and continued to work toward earning her Certified Public Accountant license, which she obtained in 2009.

Vera works closely with clients in a broad range of industries and services, including agriculture, construction, manufacturing, wholesale, retail, real estate, and not-for-profit organizations. Vera has a special expertise in agricultural accounting. Her experience in multiple sectors including hay, dates, citrus, and feed lots have allowed her to develop an awareness and knowledge of the many factors involved in the agricultural industry.

Vera uses her experience and technical knowledge to enhance her clients’ businesses. Her areas of expertise include auditing, financial statement engagements, tax planning, international tax issues, and resolution of complex tax matters, and business consulting. Vera enjoys working with her clients to help them minimize their tax liability through sound tax planning and research. Helping clients navigate through a complex business environment in a way they can understand and that works for them is a great source of pride for her.
