Clark has developed this Privacy Policy in compliance with the Federal Trade
Commission Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act Privacy Rule.
Additionally, Godecke Clark has developed this policy to assure our
clients that all information shared with this firm will be treated with the
utmost integrity and respect.
This Statement explains how we collect, store and use information
provided. We
will continually assess our policy to ensure it remains current and accurate in
meeting the needs of our clients.

and services you requested, and to advise you of additional products or

are required to keep all information about our engagement confidential, so
we will not disclose any information about you unless we have your approval

your permission. We do
not sell, share, or rent personal information to others.

employees who need to know the information to provide you with our services.

system. Godecke Clark maintains

We will continue to protect and treat the information that you have
